Food poisoning
Food poisoning most likely occurs in children due to eating unhygienic and contaminated food. The principle effect is loose motions, along with episodes of vomiting. Stomach ache, fever, coughing and migraines are also likely to happen. Electrolyte and fluid balance of the child are greatly disturbed and rehydration with ORS is recommended. Spread of contamination to different parts of child’s body and immune responses usually happen for this situation.
